Project Background

The Home and Building Materials Plaza in Shijiazhuang is a large home and building materials mall with a big trading area, many tenants and constant movement of customers and goods. Management wanted unified supervision of public areas, goods lifts and entrances in order to protect the interests of tenants and shoppers.

Requirements & Challenges

• Large span of the venue makes blind-spot control difficult
• Frequent tenant and goods movement requires loss prevention
• The system should work alongside the fire-safety and PA systems

Solution

Wuyue Electronics deployed network video surveillance for The Home and Building Materials Plaza in Shijiazhuang, covering the atrium, escalators, goods lifts, entrances and car park, and connected it into the mall management platform for centralized review and alarms.

Results
